NDT - Non-destructive testing

• We can provide you with standard X-ray services (in laboratory) as well as with boroscope (in hangar), check of composites by tapping and by supersonic waves (Bond tester), eddy current, magnetic methods, capillary methods, material hardness, etc.
  
  
• We provide classical boroscopic inspection (output is a paper protocol) or a videoboroscopic inspection (as output you receive DVD disc with whole record of inspected part). Videoboroscopic inspection can be provided in the area of 500km far from our base (Prague airport), further of this distance (using the aircraft) we are able to perform classical borescopic inspection.

- boroscopic inspection of inaccessible part of the fuselage and frame part- pressure bulkhead, parts of wing etc.
- engine borescopic inspection for engine type- CF6-80C2;CFM56-3,5,7;PW4000;IAE V2500
- APU borescopic inspection for type- GTCP331;GTCP85,36;GTCP131-9;APS2000;APS3200
• Our destructive testing is good for mechanical strength measurement
  
  
• Metrological and measuring services are available, such as calibration of measuring equipment (mechanical, electrical), test benches, test sets, torque wrenches
  
  
• Available are chemical and temperature treatments, such as viscosity measurement, motor and hydraulic oil testing, special check on metal content (VARIAN), check of quality of mechanical parts, flash point measurement, check of chemical composition, check of destilling curve
