Czech Airlines’ Service Offering
Passengers make ample use of Czech Airlines’ rich offering of services. Standard on most flights is the possibility of convenient Internet Check-in, which significantly reduces the time that passengers must spend at the airport prior to their departure. Available to Business Class passengers, in addition to the VIP lounges, where they can enjoy a complimentary WiFi Internet connection, is the so-called fast track option – rapid passage through Prague Airport. An innovation for all Czech Airlines passengers flying from Prague is the free wrapping of baggage in protective foil, and for passengers travelling in Business Premium class, free carriage by taxi to and from Prague Airport.
Czech Airlines’ services are among the best rated. Testament to that are numerous awards, as well as the results of passenger satisfaction surveys, which give especially positive ratings to the broad offering of services, rich refreshments on board, and modern aircraft. Czech Airlines is gradually replacing its fleet. It now deploys 16 of the most modern Airbus A320/319 aircraft, primarily on its European routes. In addition, a long-haul Airbus A310, which Czech Airlines deploys on its scheduled daily service to New York, has recently undergone an upgrade of its interior. Czech Airlines has also consistently ranked among the airlines with the best on-time departure record in Europe, for some time.
