Detailed rules governing the OK Plus Corporate frequent flyer programme.

 

 

 

 


1. Introduction
OK Plus Corporate is a marketing frequent buyer programme operated by České aerolinie a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “Czech Airlines”), the purpose of which is to further improve the services provided to corporate clients (hereinafter referred to as “Companies”) who regularly use the air transport of Czech Airlines. Companies that wish to use the benefits offered by OK Plus Corporate membership must be registered in the programme.  Companies that register in the OK Plus Corporate programme through the Registration Form conclude an agreement with České aerolinie a.s., with its registered seat in Prague 6, Ruzyně Airport, post code 60 08, ID no. 45795908, inscribed in the Commercial Registry maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, entry 1662, which agreement shall be governed by these OK Plus Corporate Programme General Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”).
2. Membership
  • 2.1 OK Plus Corporate membership is free.
  • 2.2 A member can only be a Company engaged in business in a country in which the programme is offered (see the list of countries) and to which an ID (identification number, “IČ”) or another registration number has been assigned, provided that it has not been expelled from the programme.  In the programme, a Company shall mean a legal entity inscribed in the Commercial Registry or a similar registry, i.e., an association of natural and legal persons, special-purpose associations of assets, units of state administration or regional self-government, interest associations of legal entities, natural persons engaged in business under the Trade Licensing Act (sole proprietors) or another legal regulation, and political parties and movements registered under the relevant act.
  • 2.3 Membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme is only possible when the Company appoints a Contact Person during the registration process.
  • 2.4 Travel agencies, tour operators, associations, brokers, airline ticket vendors, and České aerolinie a.s. and its subsidiaries are excluded from membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme.
  • 2.5 Membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme is established by registration.  A Company must complete the Registration Form and must agree to the OK Plus Corporate Programme General Rules, and to the provision of Corporate Information, in order to benefit from the advantages offered by OK Plus Corporate membership.
  • 2.6 Upon the completion of the registration process, Czech Airlines shall confirm membership by electronic mail.
  • 2.7 Each registered Company is assigned a Corporate Membership Number and a Corporate Account, the administration of which is only possible through the Internet.  Each Company shall only be assigned one registration number.
  • 2.8 Membership is effective as at the registration date.
  • 2.9 Only one registration can be accepted per Company.
  • 2.10 Membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme is terminated automatically when no flight is noted in the Company’s account in 24 months, and/or the Company moves its registered seat outside of a country in which the programme is offered (see the list of countries) and/or its ID registration number is cancelled, and/or the Company winds down its business, due to liquidation or any other reason.
  • 2.11 A Company can ask Czech Airlines to terminate its membership at any time.
  • 2.12 Czech Airlines reserves the right to expel a Company from the programme at any time, with immediate effect, expunge all of the points collected by the Company, and cancel any reward tickets already issued, provided that:
    • The OK Plus Corporate Programme General Rules have been breached
    • The “Detailed Terms and Conditions for the Carriage of Passengers, Baggage, and Goods in Air Transport “, issued by Czech Airlines, have been breached 
    • Flights were credited and registered in the Corporate Account that were not purchased by the Company; or fundamental information is stated incorrectly; or in the event of fraud or abuse concerning the OK Plus Corporate programme, including non-compliance with the programme’s procedures, or non-compliance with the instructions of the employees of Czech Airlines by a person representing the Company, and/or by the Company’s employees
  • 2.13 As at the date of the termination of membership or expulsion from the programme, Czech Airlines shall cancel the balance of the Corporate Account without compensation. The Company can then no longer earn or redeem points, and the Company shall have no further rights with respect to Czech Airlines, such as would arise from membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme.
3. Earning Points
  • 3.1 Points are the basic unit used in the OK Plus Corporate programme and express the level of the loyalty of the registered Company.
  • 3.2 A certain number of points is assigned to each Czech Airlines flight, which a Company earns in its corporate account for using those flights.
  • 3.3 The validity of points is not limited, and is temporally co-extensive with OK Plus Corporate programme membership.
  • 3.4 Points can be obtained for those flights that a Company purchased in the country of its registration in the programme, on a scheduled OK flight operated by Czech Airlines, when the Company pays the price of the ticket in accordance with the fare, and when the crediting is not excluded by the fare conditions.  Points can only be credited once the flight has been flown, and only for flights purchased with the airline code 064, which were issued for the booking classes J, C, D, Y, M, B, H, K, T, A, L, X, Q, U, V, N, S, W, O, or G. The point values are available on the website www.okpluscorporate.com.
  • 3.5 Points are credited to the Company’s account automatically, within 7 days of the flight, provided that the Company provides its Corporate Membership Number when purchasing the ticket, or it registers the purchased flight through its account on the Internet.
  • 3.6 Points for flights flow can only be credited when the flights were flown during membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme.
  • 3.7 One flight can only be credited to one OK Plus Corporate account – the account of the Company that purchased the flight.
  • 3.8 No points are credited for charter flights.
  • 3.9 Flights obtained with a reward ticket, AD and ID tickets, and tickets which have the symbol NO FFP, NO MILEAGE ACCRUAL, or NO CREDIT stated in the endorsement box, are not eligible for points.  Also, tickets issued on the booking classes E, Z, and R are not eligible for points. Czech Airlines reserves the right to fully or partially exclude certain discounted rates from eligibility for points during programme membership.
  • 3.10 Points for flights can be credited only once.  Even though a flight may be eligible for points in several marketing programmes, one flight may only be calculated into one programme,( unless otherwise provided.
  • 3.11 Miles can not be credited into the accounts of OK Plus members for flights for which points have been credited to a Company’s account in the OK Plus Corporate programme.
  • 3.12 In the event of a merger of Companies, or the take-over of one Company by another, points may be transferred to the account of a selected Company registered in the OK Plus Corporate programme only with the consent of Czech Airlines.  The request must be submitted to okpluscorporate@csa.cz.
  • 3.13 Czech Airlines reserves the right to debit, at any time, points from the account of a Company registered in the OK Plus Corporate programme, for flights for which the Company did not pay or fly, which are not eligible for points, and/or which are eligible for a different number of points than that credited.
  • 3.14 In the event of questionable cases, Czech Airlines reserves the right to request the presentation of the ticket, to check that a flight has been taken (or an e-ticket itinerary if an electronic ticket was used), and a boarding pass.  Any and all documents and correspondence must be delivered to Czech Airlines electronically, in legible form, to okpluscorporate@csa.cz, unless otherwise provided.  A claim with respect to an uncredited flight is accepted within 12 months of the date of the flight.   
4. Redeeming Points - Rewards
  • 4.1 Rewards in the OK Plus Corporate programme comprise reward tickets for OK flights operated by Czech Airlines, or other rewards which Czech Airlines may offer for the acquired points.
  • 4.2 A Company may obtain rewards only for the points earned in its Corporate Account maintained in the OK Plus Corporate programme.  A shortfall of points in obtaining a reward cannot be made up through purchasing points, whether for money or for miles from the account of an OK Plus Programme member.  The number of points required to obtain various rewards is specified in the point tables.  Czech Airlines reserves the right to change the number of points required to obtain a specific reward during the course of membership.
  • 4.3 Rewards can be redeemed by the Company for persons whom the Company designates through its Contact Person.
  • 4.4 A reward ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  Czech Airlines reserves the right to restrict the number of passengers with reward tickets on certain flights.  No reward tickets are issued for certain flights.  For further details, please contact your Czech Airlines office.
  • 4.5 A Travel Class reward ticket for a Czech Airlines flight can be upgraded to Business Class, subject to a payment.  Further details can be obtained from your local  Czech Airlines office, or at check-in before a flight.
  • 4.6 In a trip on a bonus ticket, one open-jaw is permitted, i.e., the airport of arrival at the final destination on the outbound trip need not be the same as the airport of departure on the inbound trip, so long as they are within one zone (e.g., Prague-Frankfurt on the outbound trip, and Berlin-Prague on the inbound trip).  One stopover is permitted on a bonus ticket, i.e., the possibility to break the journey, but only for a maximum of one day.  The issue of a one-way bonus ticket is not permitted.
  • 4.7 Rewards (reward tickets) are fully subject to all applicable taxes and other fees and taxes.  Any and all taxes and fees related to the granting or drawing of rewards shall be paid by the Company.  Any taxation of the rewards received shall be the liability of the person acquiring them.
  • 4.8 Additional changes of the date of flight / flight number on an already issued bonus ticket are possible.  Prior to the journey, a change in the routing may also be requested, but only within the same zone.  Any bonus tickets issued but not flown can only be returned during the term of their validity and before the start of the trip, for a refund of the points to the Corporate Account from which they were taken.  1,000 points will be deducted from the Corporate Account in the case of the return of a bonus ticket.
  • 4.9 In the event of any doubts as to travelling on a reward ticket, a passenger may be asked to document his identity.
  • 4.10 The use of a reward by a person who is not entitled to it under the OK Plus Corporate Programme General Rules shall result in the reward being withdrawn.  If an unauthorised person has already commenced a trip on a reward ticket, all commenced as well as subsequent transport shall be provided at the expense of that person.
  • 4.11 Points cannot be exchanged for cash, are not transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged or transferred to the OK Plus Corporate balance of another Company.
5. Other
  • 5.1 By registering in the OK Plus Corporate programme, a Company undertakes to abide by the applicable programme Rules, including any subsequently published amendments.  Czech Airlines reserves the right to change the Rules from time to time, without prior notice, including the system of acquiring and redeeming points.
  • 5.2 A Company shall be informed about changes in the programme Rules via the Internet, on the OK Plus Corporate Programme website.  The changes shall be effective as soon as they are published, unless otherwise specified.  Czech Airlines shall make every reasonable effort to inform Companies about changes or about the termination of the OK Plus Corporate programme, and shall not bear liability for any loss or damage caused by such changes.
  • 5.3 A Company that has breached the Rules shall be liable for any damage or loss incurred by Czech Airlines due to that conduct.
  • 5.4 In the event of the loss or disclosure of a password, a Company shall inform Czech Airlines immediately.   Czech Airlines shall not be liable  for any damage incurred by the abuse of a password.
  • 5.5 Any breach of the OK Plus Corporate Programme General Rules may lead to the termination of the rights arising from the points earned, refusal to provide benefits, or withdrawal of benefits – including an already issued reward ticket or another reward.
  • 5.6 Any corporate data provided may be used for marketing surveys, advertising, and for soliciting business in line with Sec. 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., for the existing and future projects or services of Czech Airlines.  The data will be used by Czech Airlines and may be provided to third persons, only in order to assure advantages arising from membership in the programme.  A Company may have its data changed or erased at any time.
  • 5.7 The OK Plus Corporate programme shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.  Czech Airlines may terminate the agreement with the Company and/or cancel points under Art. 2.12 of these Rules.
  • 5.8 These Rules shall come into force and effect on 25 March 2012 and shall supersede all previous versions
