IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

We would like to inform you that for capacity reasons and in order to ensure the smooth handling of goods at rush hours, the minimum time for the acceptance of goods for transport is now 210 minutes before scheduled departure of flights as of 1 December 2006.

For Equation shipments, the time limit of 90 minutes remains effective, however, from 1 December 2006, such shipments have to be booked 180 minutes before the departure of the flight.
90 minutes before scheduled departure, all properly-completed documents (including the Acceptance Check List) must be delivered to the Tariffs Department.

We also recommend entering the shipper’s telephone contact in the “Handling information” box on the airwaybill for Equation, for live animals and for perishable shipments.  This should be done in order to allow ČSA staff to inform the shipper if the shipment is carried on another flight than the one booked.

Thank you for your understanding and we believe that the above measures will add to the improved reliability of our services and your satisfaction.
