STEP 1 – Identification

In order to identify yourself, please use the option Ticketnumber. Fill in the provided boxes with your ticket number, last name and first name (without diacriticals), and confirm. Please note that this option is the only available means of identification.


 

Your electronic ticket number can be found in your itinerary (see below).

 

STEP 2 – Check-in

You will be assigned an available seat or the seat you requested at the time of your reservation. The check-in screen allows you to check in an additional passenger, to add your Frequent Flyer card or to change your seat.


 

a) Check in an additional passenger
After clicking on Check-in additional passenger, select the option Ticketnumber and fill in the provided boxes with your fellow traveler’s ticket number, last name and first name (without diacriticals), and confirm. Please note that this option is the only available means of identification.


 

If you need to remove any of the passengers, just select the Remove passenger option on the left side of the screen.


 

Then select the passenger you wish to remove and confirm.


 

Confirm again you wish to remove the selected passenger.


 

b) Add your Frequent Flyer card
After clicking on Add Frequent Flyer Card, select the passenger you wish to add the Frequent Flyer number for.


 

If you are checking in without a fellow traveler, please proceed directly by selecting the OK Plus programme from the scrolling menu.


 

Add your Frequent Flyer number and confirm.


c) Change your seat
After clicking on the Change Seat option, choose your preferred seat and confirm.


 

In case you’re checking in with a fellow traveler, please select whose seat you would like to change.

 

STEP 3 – Boarding pass print

To receive your boarding pass, please select one of three options: Print Online Boarding Pass now, Mobile Boarding Pass via e-mail to Mobile Phone or Mobile Boarding Pass via text message link to Mobile Phone, and continue.


 

a) Print your boarding pass online
On the check-in confirmation page, please click on Get boarding pass to open the PDF file with your Boarding Pass. You can either save the file or print out your Boarding Pass.


 

To be able to display the PDF file, you need Acrobat Reader or a similar software. You can download Acrobat Reader for free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader.

b) Receive your boarding pass via e-mail to a mobile phone
After selecting the second option, fill in your e-mail address and confirm that you have acknowledged the information regarding Liability and assurance and Dangerous goods. Press Continue.



 

Shortly, you will receive your Boarding Pass in the format you can display on your mobile phone. Please note that to use this option you will require an internet-enabled mobile phone with a browser functionality or a built-in e-mail client.


 

c) Receive your boarding pass via text message link to a mobile phone
After selecting the third option, fill in your mobile phone number in the international format and confirm that you have acknowledged the information regarding Liability and assurance and Dangerous goods. Press Continue.


 

You will receive a text message which contains a link. After clicking the link, you will be guided to a web page where your personal Mobile Boarding Pass is stored. You can access this at any time before departure. Please note that to use this option you will require an internet-enabled mobile phone with a browser functionality.
